Ms. Bedient was executive vice president for Weyerhaeuser Company, a publicly traded company and one of the world's largest integrated forest products companies, from 2007 until her retirement in July 2016. She was the company's CFO from 2007 until February 2016. Ms. Bedient served as senior vice president, finance and strategic planning from 2006 until 2007 and as vice president, strategic planning from 2003, when she joined Weyerhaeuser. A certified public accountant (CPA) since 1978, she served as managing partner of the Seattle office of Arthur Andersen LLP prior to joining Weyerhaeuser. Ms. Bedient also worked at Andersen’s Portland and Boise offices as a partner and as a CPA during her 27-year career with the firm. Mr. Elwell is President of Elwell & Associates, LLC. He served as Deputy and Acting Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) from June 2017 to November 2020, where he was responsible for the safety and efficiency of the largest aerospace system in the world. He also had oversight of the FAA’s multibillion-dollar Next Gen air traffic control modernization program to accelerate the shift from groundbased radar to state-of-the-art satellite technology.
