ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On April 25, 2007, Alaska Air Group Director Mr. John V. Rindlaub notified the Board that he does not intend to run for re-election at the Company’s June 12, 2007 Annual Stockholder Meeting. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Rindlaub for his dedication and service to the Board over the past 11 years.
Also, on April 25, 2007, the Board of Directors voted to reduce the size of the Board from twelve to eleven members effective as of the Annual Stockholder Meeting on June 12, 2007.
